Helmed by a young man who went to Macau to work under famed patissiers. Chef Kingsley has over 10 years as a Pastry Chef and his last 4 years tenure with Mandarin Oriental hotel, Macau before he left and decide to join Chef Gary as Champignons.

Acorn 

If you addicted to coffee, Acorn will be the right choice. Love the rich hazelnut praline mousse, soft caramel nutty, coffee whipped ganache and chocolate molleux.



Jade 

Green tea lovers would enjoy their Jade - delectable treats with that lingering slight bitter taste. Jade made with a generous amount of matcha mousse, black sesame, 100% matcha sponge. I appreciate the sweetness from Jade that cuts through the rich and bitter matcha cream, keeping the balance in this dessert.



Maple 

Don't you love a bright, citrusy lemon dessert? Maple will please your taste bud. Maple is filled with Lemon Cheese Mousse, Blueberry Compote and Lime Royaltine Crunchy. It’s a well-balanced pastry that will leave you craving more than just one.



Teapot

Tea infused with cake is something that I love to try. Not only was it super fragrant, but it also had a rich layer of Oolong Jasmine Tea Mousse that’s filled with fresh pear infused lemon compote, Oolong Tea Sponge and thick crumble base.




Bunny

I love the cute design of the Bunny. Compose of orange whipped ganache, apple infused orange compote, coconut crunchy and orange Cake. A perfect combination of the ingredients that added a unique twist.


 
Chocolate Hazelnut

Unlocked your darkest desire with Chocolate Hazelnut. This chocolate hazelnut is both decadent and delicious with a chocolate sponge topped with a milk chocolate chantilly and hazelnut crunchy and rich dark chocolate mousse.




End my day with a cup of sinful Cappuccino. Love the nice aroma of the coffee.
