An Opulent Chinese New Year Reunion Dinner Awaits At The Boulevard A. ST Giles Hotel

As we usher in the Year of Rat, The Boulevard A. St Giles Hotel brings another exciting food promotion in conjunction to celebrate the Chinese New Year festive season. The Reunion dinner, priced at RM888 per set of 10 diners, is available from 6th January to 9th January February 2020, dinner starts 12.00 noon till 2.30 pm (lunch) and 7.00 pm till 10.30 pm (dinner).



All Reunion dinner will be at the Wild Rice Restaurant, located at Level 9 of the Hotel. Throughout the promotion period, diners can choose between three different sets of Reunion Dinner ( Fortune Set Menu, Prosperity Set Menu and Wealth Set Menu). The sets are specially created and prepared by skillful Chef Sheng and his team. With these three scrumptious Reunion sets, it also allows dinners to sample Chef Sheng's delectable Yee Sang namely Prosperity Salmon RM88.00 nett, Jelly Fish Yee Sang RM68.00 nett and Mix Fruits Yee Sang RM58.00 nett.



The option of Fortune Set menu RM888 net covered Braised Shredded Chicken Soup with Crab Meat and Egg, Roasted Chicken with Prawn cracker, Steam Sea Bass with Superior Soya sauces, Wok Fried Prawn with Oat and Curry Leaves, Braised Duo Mushroom and Sea moss with Broccoli, Pineapple Fried with Kai Lan and Chicken Ham, Chilled Sea Coconut with Longan, Crispy Nian Gao with Sweet Potato and Yam and a complimentary of 1 bottle of sparkling juice.







A must-try too is the Prosperity Set Menu RM988 nett serves diners with mouth-watering Propesrity Jelly Fish Yee Sang, Braised Seafood Broth with Japanese Beancurd, Roasted Sesame chicken with prawn cracker, Steam Sea bass with Shanghai Superior Soya Sauces, Wok Fried Prawn with Salted egg and curry leaves, Braised Beancurd Skin, Sea moss and Mushroom with broccoli, Shrimp and Silver Anchovies Fried Rice, Chilled  Honeydew Sago with Ice Cream, Crispy Nian Gao with Sweet Potato and Yam and a complimentary of 1 bottle of sparkling juice.

Chef Sheng is the Executive Sous Chef who has been working in the Hotel Industry since year 2008. He has bring his wealth of experience in Chinese culinary to The Boulevard Hotel since year 2017 and shared his expertise with his team ever since.

Located at Level 9 of The Boulevard Hotel. The Wild Rice restaurant offers a variety of Western and Asian delicacies, both tasteful and distinctive. The restaurant is located at Level 9 of the Hotel and has a perfect setting for truly relaxing, ambiance. It can accommodate up to 500 (including function hall) dinning guests at one time. The restaurant serves daily buffet breakfast and 24-hours a la caret daily.
