Embark On A Nostalgic Rasa-Rasa Ramadan Journey At Connexion Conference & Event Centre

Is was a privilege to be invited for the Ramadan buffet at Connexion Conference & Event Centre (CCEC). The Ramadan buffet bring back the authentic taste of Malay cuisine and the theme for this year is Nostalgic Rasa-Rasa Ramadan.

The scrumptious buffet are held at The Oak Room whereby diners can enjoy the traditional delicacies from various states of Malaysia, hence the name Rasa-Rasa Ramadan. For Ramadan, Connexion Conference & Event Centre will have a live station serving piping hot bowls noodle. The live BBQ station will feature marinated different type of fish. The Ramadan buffet also feature a selection of fusion and international cuisine to satisfy the taste buds. This year's menu offers greater variety than ever with over 60 dishes and 6 live-action stalls and is passionately put together by CCEC's talented culinary team led by their specialist Chef, Chef Raja Romzi. Complete your Iftar with a range of artfully crafted and contemporary creations on our dessert bar, from traditional sweet treats such as traditional kuehs, Tapai pulut and Tapai Ubi, Bubur Butir Nangka, Pistachio Baklava, dates to delightful desserts with a local twist and beautiful lines up local fruits.

During this Ramadan buffet, CCEC's offers Buka Puasa Banquet package and for the first time, the Oak Room will be open to public. At the same time, they also launched a new Ramadan buffet at The Oak Room which will start from 9 May to 31st May 2019. Those who have not organized or participated in a CCEC function will be able to able to taste the secret of CCEC's success.

I was impress with the decoration of The Oak Room whereby it brings an elegant design, tasteful furnishing and an comfy environment. The Oak Room is a strategic place for gathering or business function and for the month of May, The Oak Room will transform into a traditional rumah kampong so guests can enjoy their food whilst soaking in the lively atmosphere.

Do check out their Daging Bakar Bersos Percik, Paru Goreng Sambal Hijau, Gulai Kurma Kambing and Ayam Bertutu that recommend by Chef Raja Romzi. According to Chef, the recipes for these dishes are passed down from his grandparent's generation to him.

For those that book before 21st April 2019 will be entitled for 20% discount. After the date, guests will still able to enjoy 15% discount before 28 April and lastly a 10% discount before 5 May 2019.
