With the wide range of Japanese cuisine in Malaysia, sometime it is hard for me to decide which Japanese restaurant to visit. Thanks to Foodilifecious for the invitation as Sango Japanese Restaurant has won me over with their authentic Japanese food.

Sango Japanese Restaurant is located at 2nd floor of Crystal Crown Hotel. Sango offers a normal seating as well as the Japanese 'hole-in-the-floor' type of seating. The warm hospitality of the restaurant given diners more authentic Japanese dining experience.

Sango Japanese restaurant offers a great value deal for hearty eaters as you can experience the pureness of Japanese cuisine that totally value for money. Whenever come to Japanese food, you can't miss out the traditional way of having Bento. This are the only Bento that will fulfilled your satisfaction for all types of Japanese delicacy.

Cha Soba

Usually this traditional, cold Soba noodles is presented with individual bowls of various accompaniments that are added into a dipping sauce. This bundle of noodles with a pinch of wasabi held between chopsticks is dipped into the seasoned sauce. The best way to eat the Cha Soba is tossed with the sauce.

Sushi Moriawase

Sushi Moriawase usually know as mixed sushi platter. The Nagiri sushi is served perfectly on the plate and the ingredient is fresh especially Sake salmon.

Tempura Moriawase

I love the food presentation as they serve it nicely especially Tempura Moriawase. As we know, Tempura is Japanese dish that use deep frying method. The tempura not so oily and maintain the crispiness of the dish.

Seafood Teppanyaki

Sango Japanese Restaurant serving perfectly grilled seafood teppanyaki. Teppanyaki is a style of Japanese BBQ that incorporates with chef skillfulness in grilling. Yakitori Omakase

Yakitori is a Japanese type of skewered chicken using bamboo. The preparation of the skewered chicken is simple as the chicken is basted with savory sweet sauce when it grilled over the binchotan charcoal. 

You also can request for skewered vegetable and it taste good after grilled. The skewered vegetables is perfectly grilled and maintain the freshness of the vegetable.
