Have anyone ever try Ghanaian Cuisine? My first time get to taste the marvelous Ghanaian cuisine brought to you by Aloft Kuala Lumpur. Meet the young heart Executive Chef Phoebe Donko-Hanson that brings creative Zen vision and bold International  flavors to Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral.

Diners can be certain to experience authentic flavors reminiscent of her culture through signature dishes from her homeland which includes a selection of her favorite dishes and dishes that best represent the country's cuisine available at the buffet on a rotation basic.

A selection of meat highlights includes Spicy Grilled Snapper, Ginger Roasted Chicken, Braised Lamb Shank and Roast Beef. The cuisine also has its own specialty curries with the Spicy Shrimp Curry, Mutton Curry and Tomato Egg Curry offered on the buffet line for curry lovers to indulge in. Dinners will love their Chichinga, a Ghanaian version of kebabs and something that I love after taste on it. Also available is Kelewele, a gingery peppered plantain dish.

A must try on Ghana Condiments and I fall in love with their Shitor. Shitor is authentic chili paste made with sauteed prawns. Other condiments include Green pepper sauce, red pepper sauce, seasoned fried chili oil, tomato wedges and sliced shallots.

The taste of Ghana Buffet will be available at Nook from 1-30 April 2017 at RM120 nett per person. The buffet dinner start from 6.30pm to 10.30pm daily. Serving both local and International cuisines on its buffet spreads, Nook's menu focuses on diversity as it offers innovative dishes together with familiar tastes.
