This is my first time visit ANTE - Publika Shopping Gallery and I stepped in with high expectation as Ante is famous with pork in many forms. I thoroughly enjoy the dining at ANTE. ANTE has been nominated as Best Place for Meats in 2014 and winner of The “Best Place for Meat” category for the TIME OUT KL FOOD AWARDS 2015.

House Smoked Bacon (RM19)

The House Smoked bacon stood out smokey flavour and smokey texture. The bacon is made raw and fresh at ANTE whereby the dedicate kitchen team carefully manicures, brines and air dry before smoking it. Try a slice of the smoked bacon with seeded mustard to give a perfect taste in your mouth.

Tasting Platter (RM46)

A generous portion of cold platter really impressed us with freshness of the taste. The tasting platter featuring imported Jamon Iberico, Spanish cured ham, cubes of smoked duck breast, with a side of extra virgin live oil infused rockmelon and ricotta. Of course it will be complete when you paired it with a sliced of soft Sourdough bread and Lescure butter.

Miso Pork Belly (RM19)

Miso Pork Belly make me crazy for it. The pork belly itself is awesome with it delicious crackling crunch. The pork belly cooked in low fire for 12 hours and it still maintain the sweetness and juiciness of the meat. Add on miso glaze and herbed crust on the top of the pork belly. Personally will recommend the Miso pork belly.

Crispy Trotter Salad (RM29)

If you looking for something light, Crispy Trotter Salad will give it a kick and you only can taste this wonderful salad at ANTE. The pork trotter skin is fried until golden color and maintain the crispiness. The pork trotter skin will adorned on top of a mixed lollo lettuce, young papaya and mango with pecan nuts, pomegranate seeds and a french vinaigrette dressing.

Garden Duck Salad (RM27)

ANTE duck breast gives a wow factor when I take the first bite on it. The duck breast slices with baby romaine, tossed with grilled watermelons (believe me, the grilled watermelon is juicy and taste nice), cherry tomatoes, pecan and a zesty orange brandy dressing. Garden Duck Salad has become food lover favorite. Try it yourself and share with us your feedback.

Chargrilled Pork Steaks

Ante Chargrilled has triggered beautiful memories to me and I must says this main dishes is awesome. The Chargrilled Pork Steaks featuring fine and prefect cut of pork meat. Pairing each of the meal with different sauces that specially prepare by the chef.

Pork Striploin Diane (RM42)

The tenderness of the loin meat was cooked to perfection and it pair well with the sauce. The Diane style prepare by the chef make it more outstanding to the meal.

Pork Rib Eye (RM52)

Thick cut and juicy, these premium rib eye combine with succulent meat that enough fat that mixed well with hearty truffle browned sauce. It goes well with roasted russet potatoes, frisee and oak leaf lettuce.   

Pork Striploin Black pepper Sauce (RM38)

Pork loin cut always my preference. This meal served with black pepper sauce, fries, caramelised onions, frisee and oak leaf lettuce.

Pork Shoulder (RM52)

The pork shoulder part has the less part and make it a perfect steak when the grilled process apply on it. Served with herbed Rosemary garlic sauce, mashed potatoes, frisee & oak lettuce.

Classic Pasta

Arrabiatta (RM28)
You might find a love at first sight for ANTE Arrabiatta if you prefer something spicy in between. The base of sauce is made up of tomato, dried chilies and bacon.

Char Siu Curry Cream (RM33)

This is my first time try on Char Siu Curry Cream and it gives a fresh taste. The curry gravy is thicken and creamy and it brings out the nice aroma.
