Interlude is  the 1st Tapas Bar in Malaysia that serve you with famous Spanish snack with ingenious taste. Believe it or not, Interlude able to steal customer heart not only with their modern design of bar but also their tasty food. 

Rabin the owner of Interlude is an experienced Chef in Australia for many years. Because of his passionate towards food, he prepare the food in creative way. Rabin is a humble person and love to share his success story in this industry.

1) Pork Nachos (RM 28)
Crunchy tortilla chips that can eat with pork guacamole , sour cream and chips. Look speacil to me as they serve pork nachos.

2) Quattro Pork Pizza (RM 28)

This awesome Thin Crust pizza come with 4 flavors ( Lap Cheong, pork bacon, crispy pork belly and chorizo). Taste nice and good combination for the ingredient.
3) Interlude's 250gm Beef Burger (RM 32)
According to the owner, the patty meat is handmade . The size is thick and big if compare to other patty meat that we buy from supermarket. The patty meat is juicy and tender and it come with onion rings.

4) Ultimate Interlude Pork Burger (RM 26)

The aroma of the food has capture my attention when they serve it out. The patty meat also handmade and it serve with fried fries. If you require to add on bacon (RM 4) , add on egg (RM 4) and add on Cheese (RM 4).

5) 17 hours Pork Belly 

The pork belly is so juicy and it go well with the special sauce create by the chef. What so special about the sauce? Chervil is cooked together Pasley chicken stock sauce to give sweetness to the pork belly. Sharing with you the process of the pork belly.

7) Chicken Sandwich (RM 26)
Toasted focaccia bread with crumbed chicken fillet, cheese, lettuce, mayonnaise. The chicken Sandwich served with fries. 

8) Bacon Sandwich (RM 28)

Toasted focaccia bread with pork bacon, cheese and Guinness barbecue sauce.

9) Chicken Parmagiana (RM 30)

Fried chicken breast marinara sauce and cheese. Chicken Parmagiana is served with salad and chips. 

10) Nantua of Spaghetti with Seasonal Seafood (RM 30)

The sauce is make from prawn bisque and tomato sauce, topped with fresh seafood. This spaghetti is value for money.

11) Caramel Triffle (RM 22)

While enjoying the food, you may want to order their mocktail or cocktail or even try their Rainbow Shot.
