Build a Strong Journey with Dutch Lady PureFarm Milk

When I was a kid, my mum always ensure us eat our breakfast before we went to school. This was her foundation and key to raising healthy eaters. A healthy breakfast can be as simple as a glass of milk.  Thanks to my mum, I always remind myself to take breakfast before I start my journey.

Ingredients:-

- 2 block of fresh salmon (spread one teaspoon of salt to add some flavor)
- Cut the potato into small cube
- Cut the Mushroom into small cube
- Chop the garlic into small pieces (optional)
- Set your microwave or air Fryer - 200 degree Celsius
- Bake your salmon for 10 minutes until it turn golden brown
- Take out the salmon and add in the cut potato, mushroom and garlic and bake for another 5 minutes.
