Let's embark on a new week with yumilicious Dim Sum you should not miss! Creative Kitchen Food & Café is nestled at Pandan Indah and you can find yourself surrounded by a plethora of delectable dim sum. Dim Sum still our go-to-comfort food in Malaysia.



Snow Mountain Bao (RM5.90)

Soft bun with sweetish crusty top filling with fillings with aromatic char siew that sastified my craving. Not much dim sum place serve nice snow mountain bun. 





Shrimp Dumplings (RM6.90)

The fresh snappy prawn is wrap with soft and smooth glutinous skin that doesn't break. You can feel the splash of the juicy prawn take a bite on it.


Bak Kut Teh Bao (RM6.90)

Bak Kut The Bao is unique to me as the bun filled with Bak Kut Teh flavor. I like the perfect combination of Bak Kut Teh flavor that able "wow" the diner appetite. 



Tainan Seal Pork Bao (RM5.90)

This irresistible steamed bun is not just soft and fluffy on the outside, but  filled savory sweet and pork. This is a staple that goes well with traditional Chinese tea.


Red Dates Cake (RM4.90)

The steamed red dates cake not too sweet but with very nice red dates flavor. The red dates cake usually comes with many layered.


Siu Mai (RM6.90)

Siu Mai always my favorite dim sum. Their  Siu Mai is well seasoned and fresh. The Siu Mai has the bouncy texture and served piping hot. 


Fried Radish Cake (RM6.90)

The radish cake is stir fried with eggs, preserved radish and flavored with seasonings. You can request to add on chili to give extra kick to the dish. The radish cake is fried until fragrant and crispy. 



Crispy Duck Bun (RM6.90)

This crispy duck bun consists of a flat white bread that is folded around a succulent slice of juicy duck meat that cooked in fragrant sauce to bring out the intrinsic taste of duck meat.



Crispy Banana with Prawn (RM5.90)

I in love the crispness of the outer layer while maintain the moisture and freshness of the banana texture. And I love they stuffed with prawn and taste pretty good.



 Lo Mai Gai (RM5.90)

The fragrant glutinous rice is steamed in a metal bowl with tender pieces of chicken, mushroom and soy sauce until each grain fully absorbed all the flavors, and some parts of it become deliciously melty and close to disintegration.


Steamed Spare Ribs with Black Beans (RM5.90)

The steamed spare ribs with black beans was the first thing I will jumped on when ordering for dim sum. I love the chewy and juicy pork ribs. You will definitely want to try it when it comes to dim sum.


 Roasted Meat Palate

Meat lover, this roasted meat palate will satisfied your appetite. This platter is suitable for 2-3 pax.
