Movie Review: Pitch Perfect 3

The Bellas make a return in Pitch Perfect 3 for the final chance to sing after graduated from college. These comedies about the female group of Capella singers. Pitch Perfect 3 is official screening in Malaysia Cinemas on 28th December 2017

After the highs of winning the World Championships, the Bellas find themselves split apart and discovering there aren’t job prospects for making music with your mouth.

They receive an invitation to join the USO tour of Europe and they accept the offer without thinking much. This group of awesome nerds come together to make some music, and some questionable decisions, one last time.

Their challenge begin once they touch down the airport. They face the rival ensemble whereby these group actually play instruments. These does not stop the Bellas to get back to their Cappella themed. The Bellas then challenge the rival with party song.

Although Bellas lost in the challenge, but they did not give up their dream. They put extra effort and this round Bellas do it big-time when they perform Sia’s “Cheap Thrills,” spinning around in red-and-white striped halter tops. And guess what? The Bellas able win the audience heart with they song and sweet voice.

On the other hand, Fat Amy has reconnect back with her father, an Aussie gangster. Her father is after Amy for $180 million that stashed by her late mother at Cayman Islands. When Fat Amy refuse to follow her father to Cayman Islands, her father kidnaps the Bellas and stows then on his yacht. The only thing Bellas can do is take over the joint by performing "Toxic", Britney Spears Song. Suddenly Amy crashed down with fire extinguisher and spray at her dad and then the whole yacht blow up. Luckily the Bellas manage to escape.

The journey has not ended as Beca make the hard decision as DJ Khaled only want to sign her instead of Bellas. Don't miss the touching moment and Pitch Perfect 3 is worth to watch.

Starring: Anna Kendrick, Rebel Wilson, Hailee Steinfeld, Brittany Snow, Anna Camp, Hana Mae Lee, Ester Dean, Alexis Knapp, Chrissie Fit, Kelley Jakle, Shelley Regner, Elizabeth Banks and John Michael Higgins all return and are joined by additions including John Lithgow and Ruby Rose.

Pitch Perfect 3 is again produced by Paul Brooks of Gold Circle Entertainment and Max Handelman & Elizabeth Banks of Brownstone Productions, and is directed by Trish Sie (Step Up All In).
